For those of you who do not wish to use the 5Second Chart Settings, please see below:

We have switched three of the 1Minute Charts to using slightly different EA Settings which are based on the:

    TST=0
    TSS=1

    We have changed the:

    #2. 1Minute Infinity:15,4,2 to 1Minute Infinity:15,0,1

    #5. 1Minute Infinity:8,4,2 to 1Minute Infinity:7,0,1

    #6. 1Minute Infinity:8,7,7,7,2 to 1Minute Infinity:7,7,7,0,1

On the 1Minute Charts, we still have the Start Time at 08:03 GMT and the End Time at 09:30 GMT.

Subject to Targets being constantly hit before 09:00 GMT, we will then set the End Time to 08:59 GMT.

The three 1Minute Settings above have been working very well and they work in line with the 5Second Chart principles, where the Stop Loss can be set far smaller.

We would like to see #5 above prove itself to us in the long term, as the Settings are so simple to use and the Stop Loss is only 7 Points and it allows us to continue using the 1Minute Chart Setings.

Furthermore, the #5 Setting has an Infinite Trailing Stop, whereas the #6 Setting generally limits itself to taking 7 Points at a time but the Trailing Stop Loss can become Infinite, providing the Price makes a good clean break past 7 Points either way to the profitable side of your Trade.

    TimeFrames we have Tested:

As a guide, the latest basic Settings are:

    Take Profit = Infinity, Stop Loss = 7, LITP = 0, LIP = 0, TST = 0, TSS = 1

So, where you see us write: Infinity:7,0,0,0,1 it is the exact same meaning as what is written above.

The Setting above is now being used on all Timeframes being the:

    1Minute Chart
    30Second Chart
    15Second Chart
    10Second Chart
    5Second Chart

If you are not familiar with setting up the Second TimeFrames in MT4, please stick to using the 1Minute Chart until you have become accustomed to using the New Settings.

On the 1Minute Chart, we recommend you use the Filter Setting #5 from the 1Minute Setting CheatSheet.

    Where it states:

Continuation 1Minute Chart 1Minute Ratio Filter Setting =
    TP=0 (Infinity), SL=8, TST=4, TSS=3

Please change it in the TenKei 7.0 EA Input Settings to:

Continuation 1Minute Chart 1Minute Ratio Filter Setting =
    TP=0 (Infinity), SL=7, TST=0, TSS=1

We will be conducting another Update of the CheatSheet, as we are working on getting everyone using the same Settings.

Since we are finding the Infinity:7,0,0,0,1 works well on the 1Minute Chart, there may be no need to use any other TimeFrame but we are busy wheedling it down to one perfect Setting

…and if the 1Minute Chart can do all of what we need, all the better!

We have decided to drop or Stop Testing the 1Minute Infinity:Infinity Chart Trades!

If you are currently using it and you like it, please continue doing so.

We have dropped it due to the fact it is geared towards the Experienced User and we do not wish to promote anything that will lead a User or especially, a New User to have to ‘Think’ of what to do when using the TenKei Trading Program.

For us, freeing up the 1Minute Infinity:Infinity Chart Trade also gives us more time and room to explore other ideas.

We will be removing it from the TenKei 1Minute Chart CheatSheet in due course and we will Update the CheatSheet with the latest 1Minute Infinity:7,0,0,0,1 or 1Minute Infinity:7,0,1 Settings as they are primarily the same!

Quite simply and in a few short words…

…we have been quietly and busily using FXCM very successfully via the 1Minute Chart!

And so it seems, many of you have been doing the same!

We’ll get back to you with more info!

    Soon!

    Okay,

We thought every one had either disappeared into oblivion being their own world of Trading

…or you were just plain old were not listening anymore!

All it takes is for one person to ask where we are and we’ll come right back!

As mentioned, we have been using FXCM again, alongside GKFX to find FXCM produces better results, even though the Settings are the same!!!

We have no idea why this is happening but it forced or caused us to revisit our 12,11,7,3 Settings with a 30Minute Filter on both the 73 and 22 Filters, which are producing very good results!

We were wondering if we had use the Contrarian Trade on the above Settings, to which we were not too happy with (in the long run) but so far on the Continuation Trades, it works very nicely!

We shall continue to Test the 12,11,7,3 Setting (which has a 15 Point Stop) and remember, it’s still Trading from a 1Minute Chart but the Filters are set to True and they are Filters 73 and Filters 22.

    Does that make sense?

We will clarify a bit deeper in due course but we really wanted to let you know, we are still here working!!!

For now, please take note of these seemingly odd/unusual number combinations!

They are based on the TenKei EA Settings used on FXCM & GKFX.

What’s written in Bold is currently being used and works but we want to break it down to its core combination which will provide the smallest and best Stop Loss, the largest and best Entry being as close to our 10 Point Target as possible and with the tightest Trailing Stop to enable as many Points as possible to be captured.

    Where it says: 5Second means it’s a 5Second Chart and 1Minute means a 1Minute Chart!

The combinations below that are not written in Bold and are in brackets are yet to be Tested and investigated.

More will be explained as we whittle our way down to the very best Settings, until we can get it down to just one!

TenKei EA Settings Update: – FXCM & GKFX

    (9,10,1 (5/10) 5Second)
    (9,10,1 (15/15) 1Minute)
    9,10,1 (15/30) 1Minute – FXCM & GKFX

    9,15,1 (5/10) 5Second – FXCM
    9,15,1 (15/15) 1Minute – FXCM & GKFX
    9,15,1 (15/30) 1Minute – GKFX

    15,10,1 (5/10) 5Second – GKFX
    (15,10,1 (15/15) 1Minute)
    15,10,1 (15/30) 1Minute – FXCM & GKFX

The latest Settings are all equally going as well as each other:

TenKei EA Settings Update: – FXCM & GKFX

    9,10,1 (15/30) 1Minute – FXCM & GKFX

    9,15,1 (5/10) 5Second – FXCM
    9,15,1 (15/15) 1Minute – FXCM & GKFX
    9,15,1 (15/30) 1Minute – GKFX

    15,10,1 (5/10) 5Second – GKFX
    15,10,1 (15/30) 1Minute – FXCM & GKFX

The following are yet to be Tested:

    (9,10,1 (5/10) 5Second)
    (9,10,1 (15/15) 1Minute)

    (15,10,1 (15/15) 1Minute)

We believe the most economical and profitable Settings would be any of the following three, provided they stay stable:

    (9,10,1 (5/10) 5Second)
    9,10,1 (15/30) 1Minute – FXCM & GKFX
    (9,10,1 (15/15) 1Minute)

We will reveal why in a mini series explaining why pretty soon!
